October Update

It's been a while since we last caught up — our previous update was back in May. We took a bit of downtime over the summer, enjoying some much-needed vacation. Our ever-demanding day jobs have occasionally slowed down our progress, but we've been hard at work to bring you some exciting updates!
Seven day seasons
First up, the big news: we've officially set our season length to seven days. This decision creates an intriguing dynamic, highlighting the battle royal-esque elements of our game versus a traditional, never-ending MMO. We’re really excited about how this will shape gameplay and strategy.
Season loop

Another major milestone: the completion of our Season Loop v1. The game now runs seamlessly from season to season, fully automated. Thanks to our Autochronicle AI, new narratives unfold each season, keeping the experience fresh and engaging every week.
Heirlooms update
We've refactored our heirloom and fame logic. Now, binding costs better reflect an item's value, and as you progress, your legacy yield grows. With these changes, binding becomes a much more strategic investment. Also, you are now limited to just two heirloom binds per season to keep things challenging.

In terms of UI enhancements, we're now displaying other players' title levels on their HP bars and showcasing their current character chronicles on their paperdolls. These changes aim to heighten the competitive atmosphere and enhance player interactions.
We've also made improvements to the forge and implemented level design fixes in Ikrael. Additionally, expect some tweaks to the bandit race for more balanced gameplay.
